We started the match strongly making a few mistakes, gaining lots of turnovers, only allowing Weston to score a single goal in the first quarter.
The second quarter Weston made a tactical decision, changing their GK, so the shooters kept their cool winning ball and scoring, as a team, we held strongly winning by 8 at half time.
Centre court channelled the ball down the court quickly and efficiently. Thought out the game, changes were made, we lost our way a little in the third and fourth quarter, we were always ahead with our score, with defenders gaining amazing Interceptions and keeping calm, but managed to stay strong and win the overall game. Please come along in kit -Swan dresses, thick ankle socks, tracksuits. bring along plenty of fluids, finger nails trimmed, no jewellery, come dressed for the weather. Please contact Roz 07787932086 team manager ASAP if your unable to attend. Think about the nutritionist talk we had to fuel/build energy for the body, having good meals and a good breakfast leading up to any games. Please keep up your fitness and ball work whilst on half term ready for the game.
