Despite being 6-1 down within minutes of the start, the girls clicked up through the gears and ran riot to lead 21-20 by the end of the second quarter. With fantastic performances throughout the team, this fast flowing and evenly matched game ebbed and flowed for the full hour. Even after another 22 goals in the third quarter, the teams were still only separated by 1 point. Although the team struggled to get moving in the final quarter as the bitter cold started to bite, there was no lack of spirit and determination. Unfortunately it wasn't enough in the end and Dreams edged clear to steal the match.

This was a match that certainly demonstrated the excellent potential of this team.
