Swan Aqua runners up in Weston tournament

An inspired Aqua team took the court for the first match of the day - Fireflies u12. After a steady start the team led 6-1 at half-time and built on this lead with great defense and attacking play to finish the match at 14 -1.
The second match saw the team take on WPB u12 Reds. A very competetive match with great turnovers. Aqua managed to put pressure on WPB attack and defense, but despite their best efforts Aqua narrowly missed out with the score at 5-6 at the final whistle.
The third of the four matches were against Fireflies u13. Aqua worked hard but the opposition seemed to have an answer for everything today. Fireflies ended the match as the winners with 9-6.
Aqua's managed to get back to winning ways in their final match against WPB u12 Blues. They took the lead in the first half with confident play in defense and attack. The finished their last game with a 10-2 win.

Due to the excellent goal difference, Aqua managed to sneak into second position for the day to end the tournament as runners-up.
