2nd for Amthyst at Weston tournament.

A fantastic (and very hot!) day for Amethyst who finished runners up at the Weston Park Blades tournament.
Amethyst won all 5 of their pool games (beating Jellies for the first time 8-5) to finish top of group A. They then went on to beat Fireflies 4-1 in the semi final before losing 9-2 to a very strong Weston side.
The girls all worked extremely hard in both attack and defence and showed great team spirit throughout the day. Well done everyone and a big thank you to the parents for their help and support on the day.
