Runners up at Jellies tournament

A squad of 10 Rubies travelled to Southsea for the Jellies tournament. They had 5 short matches, first up against Bournemouth they were the stronger team but unfortunately lost 2-0. The second match was against Gunnard and Rubies came out strongly winning 8-0. By the third match they were well in the stride and won a competitive game against Topaz 5-2, the next game against NRG was another tough game which they came through to win 4-3. the final match was against Jellies also a tough game which they won 4-3. When the results were announced they were runners up missing out on winning the tournament by 1 point. Well played girls.
