Rubies to lose out to Clan

The girls warmed themselves up and I reminded them what our game plan was.

It took the girls a while to get into the match, but when they did they showed excellent attacking play.

With a few changes at 2nd quarter time we saw some excellent tracking from Niah at GD who's job was to keep the GA out of the circle. With Maddie keeping a very tall GA under close eye she was kept busy, but made the GA work hard to get the ball.

Alex, Freya, and Aisling made good clearing runs to create space for Skye and Gracie to come through.

By the 3rd quarter we got into our rhythm and showed excellent team spirit to get closer into reach of Clans lead.

However, Clan pulled away.
