Girls to come dressed in full Swan kit, Dresses. Training shoe. Track suit Nails trimmed. Please bring - Hand sanitiser, small towel, 2Lt water, hair up/back, NO Jewellery. Own injury tape/blister plasters. Inhaler if needed. Snack after the game.
