Swan Crystals vs Lymington

1st game of the season and we came out with a win!!
I as a coach was very proud of all the players, they took all their hard work from training and put it into practise and it worked!
Every player on the team played their socks off and their were elements of absolute Amazingness (my new word)
The first quarter we took our time to get comfortable as this was only the 2nd time they had played together as a team but once they found their rhythm they really worked together and we saw some fantastic goals and play down the court. At times as a team we did rush but after a talk at half time this slowed down and helped them gain an even better lead. There were some really good interceptions and turnovers which were converted to goals. There were times during the game that it got very tense and Lymington started to pull back but Swan analysed their game effectively and worked really hard to get even more interceptions and convert them to goals to ensure they kept that lead.
Nyah won player of the match which was very well deserved! Well done!
Overall this was a game with very many positive elements. Let's keep working hard girl at training girls and keep pushing ourselves and we will deal ourselves even more wins! Let's make that a start as we mean to go on!
