Please could you all be at Hounsdown School at 11.15pm for a 12pm game. As usual, please wear Swan netball kit, white ankle socks showing above the trainer (not trainer socks) and hoodies or tracksuit. Please also ensure fingernails are trimmed & hair tied back. Don't forget to bring plenty of fluids. If anyone has an illness or injury, please let your manager Roz 07787932086 know ASAP.
Unfortunately I am unavailable to be there this week, so Karen Austin (Peridots coach) will be your coach for the day.
