Hello Ladies,
Hope you all enjoyed the training session from Pete as he is completely bonkers but is a fantastic coach with alot of experience so hope you learnt something! You can tell me all about it at the Dreams Tournament.
Right the tournament will be quite a long day (hopefully in some sunshine) so make sure you have a rest over half term! Our first game is at 10.00am so can you please be there for 9.15am at the very latest!
Make sure you bring lots of water and food to keep you going all day!
Try to bring things like pasta, sandwiches, fruit instead of a bag full of sweets, crisps etc. Obviously a little bit will not do you any harm but you need to keep your body fuelled properly not just a short sharp bursts of energy.
Make sure you have a good rest over half term ready for the tournament and ready to start training again after half term.
Well done for trials girlies I was very proud of all of you! You all showed off your skills very well and all the coaches that watched were very impressed and could see that you have all improved so much so well done!!

I havent changed the start time for the event so please make sure you know its a 9.15am meet.
There are 63 teams entered over the 3 age groups for this day so it will be extremely busy on the car parking issues again so please allow time.
I have uploaded the files containing the schedule and the rules but should this change between now and next week i will let you know.
At the moment i dont know for sure the fee but likely to be £7 so please can you put in an envelope with your name on please.
They will be running a registration for Photography, so please register to take photographs (desk will normally be up by the sheds where the food is normally situated).
Refreshments will be available throughout the day and Maybury Sports will be there.
Please could i have some help with the tents as we will have one of the larger ones to put up (Laura and Julie are now trained up as well). I will aim to get there around 9 to claim a spot.
Lets hope the sun shines so please make sure you are sun creamed up and that your holiday nails are cut please before the tournament.
