Swan lose out to a strong Royals side

Some good passages of play and lots to work on.
Royals got off to flying start taking the lead 7-0 before Swan were able to convert. Later in the quarter we had a run of goals and some good defensive interceptions that brought us back level to 10-10. Royals managed to score a couple more before the end of the quarter finishing 12-10 ahead.
In Q2 Royals managed to pull away with accurate shooting and a few interceptions of their own. At the end of Q2 the score was 29-18 to Royals.
Q3 was better but unfortunately Meg suffered an injury in the shooting circle, which unsettled the girls a bit, and led to Royals winning out 13-9, which left them 15 goals in front 42-15.
We kept battling but Royals capitalised on their lead with a run of goals at the start of Q4 to take it out to 52-27 before we were able to score. The second half of the quarter was closer and the final score finished 65-35 - a well earned point.
