Please be advised that the Annual General Meeting of Swan Netball Club will be held at 18:45 on Thursday 5th July 2018, at Crestwood School in the Sports Hall.

Nominations from members for Committee posts are welcome. If you would like to nominate someone to a Committee post please email jaxhammond62@btinternet.com from the date of this posting until no later than Saturday 30th June 2018 at 7pm. You will be sent a nomination form for completion and return by the deadline.

To enable the club to continue to offer its members access to training, matches and tournaments we need more help on the committee. No matter how small a commitment you can make your help is needed.

Every team is expected to send at least two representatives which should be a coach and team manager but more would be greatly welcomed. Please ensure you confirm whether you intend coming or not . It would help if you mention which team you are involved in either as an official, player or parent.

Finally, the AGM Agenda will be posted on Pitchero no later than two weeks prior to the AGM.
