As usual, please wear Swan netball kit, white ankle socks showing above the trainer (not trainer socks) and hoodies or tracksuit. Please also ensure fingernails are trimmed & hair tied back. Don't forget to bring plenty of fluids and food.
Remembering the nutritional talk we had, a good evening meal a good night sleep, a good breakfast in order to keep up your energy levels up etc. We will be playing 8 matches.
Girls remember to stick to the game plan and most of all have fun.
On site there will be:-Tombola, raffles, refreshments, bbq, cakes, Ice cream etc on sale
