Hope you've all had a wonderful Christmas. It's that time already back to work.
Meeting at Crestwood 5.50pm for a 6.30 game. As usual please wear Swan netball kit, white ankle socks showing above the trainer (not trainer socks) and hoodies or tracksuit. Please also ensure fingernails are trimmed & hair tied back.
Don't forget to bring plenty of fluids, fruit etc. If anyone has an illness or injury, please let your managers Liz or Roz now ASAP.
I hope you'll manage to keep yourself fit ladies, along the way as we're entering the new season of 2019.
