Presentation Evening & AGM

Hello everyone,

As I hope you are aware it is our Club Presentation Evening and AGM this Friday 8th July 2016.

Just to confirm timings and location are as follows:

6:00 - 7:30 Junior Presentations & Info about next year
7:30 - 8:00 Buffet Food
8:00 to 9:30 Senior Presentation and AGM

Pavillion on the Park
1 Kingfisher Road
Eastleigh
SO50 9LH

ALL SENIORS TO ARRIVE BY 7:30 PLEASE

Please could all players bring a contribution for the buffet please, allocations for all teams are below.

U9/10/11s - fruit selection, vegetable sticks, drinks
U12. - sausage rolls, quiche, pork pies, sausages, drinks
U13- cakes biscuits and sweet things, drinks
U14- sandwiches/ rolls, drinks
U15/16 - crisps, savoury snacks, dips, crackers etc, drinks
Seniors: rolls/ sandwiches, pizza, fruit, vegetables, drinks

If anybody is available to help set up from 5pm, it would be greatly appreciated.

We hope to see a many people there as possible to share in this seasons achievements.
